Hello!

I’m Justine.

I believe every person is invaluable and worthy of flourishing and authentic connection. As a counsellor, I offer a warm, accepting space to work through personal, relational, and sexual challenges, with the aim of supporting greater confidence, clarity, and wellbeing.

My passion for wellbeing is shaped by lived experience. Having once believed wellbeing wasn’t possible for me, my own support-seeking journey taught me that wellbeing is for everyone. Regardless of your circumstances or starting point, I believe meaningful change, connection, and growth are always possible.

I’m particularly passionate about romantic and sexual relationships, having experienced both their beauty and their pain. I’ve been married for almost 11 years and have two young children, and I believe healthy relationships support the wellbeing of both partners as individuals.

My work is grounded in compassion, creativity, and courage. My Christian faith is important to me, and when requested, I can integrate this into counselling. I also warmly welcome people of all backgrounds, beliefs, identities, and sexualities.

Wellbeing Counsellor. An individual counsellor, relationship therapist, and sex therapist.
